Middle & Back Office Mutual Funds (M/F) Traineeship

ASCA Asset Management is looking for a Middle and Back Office UCITS trainee.
His/her main tasks will be :
- Operational follow-up of transactions, their transmission to the custodian and guaranteeing their settlement
- Follow-up of OST and their settlement with the custodian
- Follow-up and processing of subscription and redemption operations
- Valuation of financial instruments
- Calculation of Net Asset Values
- Reconciliation of securities and unit holders
- Clear cash and securities suspense
- Accounting treatment of funds,
- Preparation of periodical financial statements of UCITS
A first experience in UCITS Back Office/Middle Office or in Bank Accounting would be a plus.
The candidate will be expected to exercise discretion and observe strict confidentiality in all dealings with third parties, both internal and external to the company.
